Summer Sunday School Dates:  July 11, 18 and 25; August 1 and 8  

Childcare is available for children ages 5 and under

Celebration Station, Grades K-5th  Pam Young and Patti Foster will lead, “What’s in the Bible,” a child-oriented introduction to Scripture.  The class will look at the formats of testaments, books and chapters, and then will work thought the books of the Bible, starting with Genesis.         

Youth, Grades 6-12, Room 216, Allen Bol  

Adults. “Examining Your Life” Some of the most important words spoken by Jesus are contained in the 5th chapter of Matthew, part of the Sermon on the Mount.  The adults will use the book, “Examining Your Life” to study what Jesus had to say about the poor in spirit, the grieving, the angry, the divorced and the merciful.  The classes will skip July 4 and then continue July 11-Aug. 8.  Annette Brehm, Susie Marshall, Debbie and Jeff Cover will teach.  Please contact one of them to order a book.  Books are available for $5.  Discipleship Room.  

WOW! (Women of the Word). Meets Wednesday mornings at 9a in the Small Fellowship Hall.  The group is studying the book, “Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World.”  To sign up and get your book, please contact Susie Marshall  Cost is $12.  

Men’s Fellowship. The men’s group is currently studying the Phillip Gulley book, “If the Church Were Christian.”  It is available from Amazon for about $6.50.  The group meets Thursday, July 1, 6:15-7:30p and Saturday, July 17, 8-9:30a in the Discipleship Room.

Celebration Station Resumes on Sunday, August 22.

“Tweens,” a fun, food and fellowship group for young people grades 4-6  will have its organizational meeting for the year on Sunday, August 15,  6:30-8 pm in the Celebration Station, Room 207 of the education building.                 

Youth, Room 216 The Youth Sunday School class will resume its regular Sunday morning schedule on Sunday, August  22 in the Youth Room, Room 216 of the education building.

Adult  (First Rotation, August 22-October 3)

“Influencing Like Jesus,” Bill Lovell, Discipleship Room. This class will explore together some of the 15 identified principles Jesus used to persuade his listeners.  These non-manipulative principles of persuasion may be used in the classroom, the courtroom, the boardroom or your kid’s room.  Come and learn from Christ, the model of redemptive influence.  Open to both women and men.

“Men of Purpose,” Brad Parker, Keith Beach, Aaron Wood. Using the story of one of these great Biblical leaders—Moses, Joshua or Joseph, this men’s class will explore leadership empowered by God.  They will meet in Room 200 upstairs, on the east end of the education building.

WOW! (Women of the Word) morning classes begin Wednesday September 8.  9a in the Small Fellowship Hall. We will study Max Lucado's life lesson study on The Gospel of John.  He brings this gospel to life for us.  It will be a wonderful time for Bible study and friendships in Christ!  Email Susie Marshall  to order your book ($7).  Come and join us!! See how Jesus will teach us what He wants us to know about Him.
