Adult Education & Discipleship
Oversees and plans adult education opportunities, secures teaching resources and
instructors, and ensures the growth of adult education ministries.
Celebration Station
Provides Sunday morning Christian Education for preschool through
eighth grade. Rotational model reinforces themes from worship.
Confirmation
Explores faith issues and Presbyterian life with young people, usually
grades 7-9. Offered every spring, 12-15 weeks. Encourages
young people to profess their faith in Christ to become adult members in
the church.
Education Vision Planning
Gives overall direction to the entire education programs of the church.
Lenten Planning
Plans and implements a new short term study opportunity for Lenten
season, fellowship, and education.
Library
Provides sources of education for all ages and encourages their use.
Prayer Retreat
Plans and conducts an annual off-site event or deepening spiritual life
among members of Central. Explores forms of prayer and ways of
enhancing communication with God.

Preschool
Provides and environment of creative activities to enhance spiritual,
social, emotional, mental, and physical growth for children ages 3-5, on
Monday-Thursday mornings.
Preschool Board
Oversees, governs, and sets policies to help in the operation of the
school for children ages 3 to 5 of the church and surrounding community.
Safe Child
Team that maintains, revises, and insures compliance with the church's
safe child policy for the protection of children, youth, and those who
serve them.
Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Provides children from K through 5th grade a one week opportunity to
learn more about the Bible while enjoying fun and fellowship.
Youth Fellowship
Provides opportunities to gather together for fellowship, learning, and
mutual support for the youth of Central and our community.
