Here’s what these teams do:
Church Women United Ministry Contact: Faye Fields (563-6607) Maintain and promote Central’s relationship with (and involvement in) Church Women United, an ecumenical group of Tippecanoe County women who focus on service and mission in our community and world. Presbyterian Women (PW) Ministry Contact: Maintain and promote Central’s chapter of the national Presbyterian Women (PW) organization, overseeing all PW functions at Central such as Trestella, Honorary Life Membership Awards, Special PW Offerings, and PW Missions. Women of Faith Conferences Contact: To be determined Promote and make arrangements for women to attend the Women of Faith Conferences and plan all post-Conference activities, opportunities, and studies.

Circles Contact: To be determined Lead or participate in women’s circle meetings and provide support for circle activities. Women’s Small Group Leadership Contact: To be determined Composed of all women who are the leaders of existing women’s small groups – Bible studies, prayer groups, etc. The team exists as a resource and support for small groups and gathers as needed. Women’s Special Events Coordinating Contact: To be determined Envision, plan, and promote special local events for women in our church and community. Examples of past events include national speaker Patsy Clairmont, a "Laugh Luncheon," holiday teas, etc. Women’s Ministries Vision & Planning Contact: With an appointed Elder, Deacon, and Trustee, this team encourages, trains, supports, coordinates, and builds relationships among all the teams of the Women’s Ministry Cluster. It envisions, encourages, and supports new ministries as well as new study, prayer and fellowship opportunities for women. |
