Just what is this “Celebration Central?” What happens in this new Celebration! worship service that is different from the traditional service?

Good Question. All worship services have a focus and a logic. The focus is praising God. The logic moves us from our normal, fairly self-oriented, way of thinking into a God-oriented point of view. We praise God, we confess our sins, we hear the Word, we respond, we renew our commitment. These are the basic moves of worship. Some congregations do this primarily by spoken word; others use a lot of music and symbols. All make the same moves.
